By accessing or using EconMetrics ("the Service"), operated by BIDataLab ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
EconMetrics is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform operated by BIDataLab that provides subscription-based access to economic intelligence dashboards and data visualizations sourced from publicly available datasets including FRED, World Bank, IMF, Eurostat, and ECB. No human-driven advisory or consulting services are included in any subscription tier.
EconMetrics offers a permanently free tier and two paid subscription tiers: Pro ($39/month or $390/year) and Business ($79/month or $790/year). Organization plans are available for teams — contact us for pricing. Paid subscriptions are billed on the selected cycle (monthly or yearly) and renew automatically unless cancelled.
Payments are processed securely by Paddle, our authorized Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Paddle is responsible for collecting payment and remitting applicable taxes.
EconMetrics offers a permanently free tier with no credit card required and no time limit. Free tier users have access to the Global Overview dashboard covering 190+ countries. Upgraded features are available on paid plans.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months except as described in our Refund Policy.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:
All content, design, and software comprising the Service is the property of BIDataLab and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The underlying economic data is sourced from public institutions and remains subject to their respective licenses.
EconMetrics makes reasonable efforts to ensure data accuracy and timeliness. However, we do not warrant that data is complete, accurate, or suitable for any particular investment or financial decision. The Service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial or investment advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BIDataLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or by a notice within the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable international commercial law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
