1. Free Tier

EconMetrics offers a permanently free tier with no credit card required. The free tier provides access to the Global Overview dashboard with 190+ countries and 38 indicators. There is no time limit on the free tier.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you subscribe to a paid plan and are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first charge. To request a refund, email support@bidatalab.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and we will process it within 3–5 business days.

3. Subsequent Billing Periods

After the initial 14-day refund window, we do not offer refunds for the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time and you will retain access through the end of the paid period.

4. Exceptions

We will issue refunds outside of the standard policy in the following circumstances:

• You were charged due to a technical error on our part
• The Service was unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours in a billing period
• Duplicate charges occurred

In these cases, please contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly.

5. How to Request a Refund

• The email address associated with your account
• The date of the charge
• Your reason for requesting a refund (optional, but helps us improve)

Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
